Nestle donates to flood victims

Nestle has donated relief materials to Nigerian Red Cross Society for distribution to flood victims in all affected states in the country.
The presentation of the items, which included table water and food products, was made, on behalf of the company, by its Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Manager, Dr. Samuel Adenekan.
Speaking at the presentation ceremony in Benin, Edo State recently, Adenekan said, “As champions of people’s health and wellness, we’re pleased to join forces with Red Cross to provide water and food products to the victims of recent flood disaster across the nation.”
Receiving the relief materials on behalf of the National President of Nigeria Red Cross Society and Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, the Society’s National Health Adviser, Dr. Wilson Imogan, commended Nestle for the kind gesture.
He urged other multinationals and corporate organisations in the country to emulate the good example of Nestle.
