Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that members of the APC in Kwara state allegedly prevented the official announcement of the results of the party’s state House of Assembly, National Assembly and governorship primaries.

The aggrieved members expressed dissatisfaction over the conduct of the direct primaries held on Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6.

They accused the Chief Iyiola Oladokun-led eight-man electoral panel of keeping them in the dark as regarding the outcome of the primaries; saying that the results were neither officially collated nor released, hours after it was held.
