The owner of a tourist attraction has filmed a 'neighbour from hell' abusing him over a post put on the boundary between their properties.
Giovanni Jacovelli, who runs the Conwy Valley Maze in north Wales, says he has been subjected to repeated threats by Terrence Maitland, who lets out a holiday cottage on neighbouring land.
In footage filmed by Mr Jacovelli, Mr Maitland is heard shouting: 'That post is staying. You touch it and I'll f****** bury you.
He also says: 'It's my property and I'll rip you to bits' and 'touch my post and I'll destroy you... I'll rip your head off.'

Giovanni Jacovelli, who runs the Conwy Valley Maze, says he has been repeatedly threatened
Mr Jacovelli, 62, told the North Wales Daily Post that Mr Maitland's aggression has forced him to change the maze to keep visitors away from the neighbouring property.
He said: 'He's made numerous threats to my life. Even on camera he's told he can get a gun which is quite disturbing.
'He's threatened to bring his friends from Liverpool, threatened to burn my house down, to kill me. Very upsetting and disturbing.
'My son's suffered abuse even though he's never spoken to him. My wife has the most terrible vile abuse which is caught on camera and subject to police investigation.'
The neighbour's bitter dispute led to a restraining order being put in place and to the pair appearing on Channel 5's The Nightmare Neighbour Next Door.
Mr Maitland insists Mr Jacovelli is trying to get him to breach the restraining order by provoking him, something Mr Jacovelli denies.
He also has footage which he says shows Mr Maitland ripping out trees in darkness
Mr Maitland called his neighbour's claims a load of rubbish', telling the Daily Post: 'I don't live there now, I've lived there when the property was empty. I can't stand the aggravation... permanently aggravating me.
'The constant videoing of me, he brings people with him. What he actually does, I'll give you an example, I don't think he goes out much, but I go out quite a lot and I visit different pubs.
'Now, when he sees my car there, he comes in and switches his phone on, creates an argument with me and because of the restraining order I can't speak to him so I'm arrested because he'll push me and say 'excuse me'.
'So what do I do? I can't speak to him, I can't even say good morning because I'm in breach of an order.'
