Jude Okoye did not refute MayD’s claims but asserted to it. He agreed that MayD was not given an initial contract but was presented one when they realized he had potentials.
According to Jude, MayD was treated like family and presented a contract. The Ibadi singer asked for time to go through the the contract.
Few weeks after, MayD returned saying he could not sign the contract because it came with no ‘incentives’.
Jude, narrating the story of a ‘greedy man’ to Tunde Ednut, claimed they had spent over $100,000 on MayD.
As per the incentive, MayD was already enjoying them even before the contract. He was given a car, Hummer Jeep, a place to stay and shopped with the crew, Jude said.
Earlier in the week, MayD called out the P-Square brother for truncating his music career. He claimed they had prevented him from working with music superstar, Akon.
