EPL: What Klopp said about losing title after 3-1 win over Man City

Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, has insisted that his team is not under any pressure, after opening an eight-point lead at the top of the Premier League table.

The Reds beat champions Manchester City 3-1 at Anfield, thanks to goals from Fabinho, Mohammed Salah and Sadio Mane.

Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Klopp encouraged his players to embrace their position as the top team in the country.

“We don’t feel any pressure, to be honest – if you are with us, then nine points is a positive.

“Other people will 100% say, and have said already, that from now on Liverpool can only lose it.

“That’s a very negative approach, but I can promise you that we don’t care,” Klopp said.
