Imo: ‘Henry Nwawuba is either incompetent or selfish’ – Mbaike youths threaten to recall lawmaker over poor performance
Youths of Mbaitoli/Ikeduru federal constituency have expressed dissatisfaction over their lawmaker’s performance since coming on board as the representative of the constituency at the House of Representatives.
The youths who are under the aegis of Mbaike For Action have asked that Henry Nwawuba be recalled over poor representation and imprudence in the management of the constituency’s allocations.

According to him, Nwawuba is known for his empty promises and has not attracted any meaningful project to two LGAs.

”As concerned youths of Mbaike, who have the right to seek quality and people-oriented representation, we maintain that the lawmaker is either incompetent or selfish to represent the people hence, the need to recall him” He siad.
Bright Iyke who hails from Mbieri in Mbaitoli further regretted how the lawmaker rigged himself back to the National Assembly, insisting Mbaike people did not vote for him.
He said the youths of the area will soon take to the streets of Owerri to register their grievances if the lawmaker fails to come and give account of his representation before the constituents.
Other youths from Ikeduru who spoke to DAILYPOST said that they would stop at nothing in recalling the lawmaker.
Meanwhile, our correspondent who could not reach the lawmaker, Henry Nwawuba but spoke to his media aide, Austin Egejuru.
Austin Egejuru in his reaction, said the agitating youths are an infinitesimal part of the constituency who have neither PVCs nor power to recall him.
