Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, on Tuesday constituted a 10-man judicial panel of investigation to look into complaints of police brutality in the state.

The panel will also investigate complaints of human rights abuses and extra-judicial killings by the End SARS protesters.

Other members of the panel include a retired police AIG, representatives of the Civil Society Organizations, youths, Human Rights Commission and the Ministry of Justice.

DAILY POST reports that the nationwide End SARS protests which had been peaceful in Ilorin for eight days was marred on Monday by violent attacks on the protesters in some parts of the state capital.
