
- Chelsea will face Southampton in the semi final of the FA Cup

- Manchester United will face Tottenham in their own semi final tie
After beating Leicester City on Sunday, March 18, Premier League champions Chelsea have been drawn against Southampton in the 2017/18 FA Cup semi final.
Southampton were superb in their own quarter final encounter as they defeated Wigan 2-0 also on Sunday, March 18.
The Saints are now set to make their 12th semi-final outing winning just four of the previous 11.
Southampton last made the FA Cup semi-final in 2002-03 where they beat Watford at Villa Park before losing to Arsenal at the Millennium Stadium.
Chelsea on the other hand have won 12 of their previous 22 semi-final outings and beat Tottenham at the same stage at Wembley last season.
Also Manchester United will face bitter rivals Tottenham in their own semi final tie of the FA Cup at the Wembley Stadium.
United and Tottenham have met twice already this season with Jose Mourinho's men coming out on top at Old Trafford before being dismantled at Wembley in January.
Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Chelsea qualified for the semi final of the 2017/18 English FA Cup after beating Leicester City 2-1 in the quarter final match played on Sunday.
But the Blues labored to get their win as they were forced to extra time before Pedro Rodriquez headed home the winner for Antonio Conte's men.
