Osun must not allow the dark days to return - President Buhari





- President Buhari called on Oson electorates to vote for APC

- He said the state must must not be allowed to go back to the past

- The president noted that the party has performed well in the state

President Muhammadu Buhari has called on Osun electorates to vote for Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola, who is the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state gubernatorial election.

The Punch reports that the president said this on Tuesday, September 19 at the party mega rally in Osogbo.

The state gubernatorial election is scheduled for Saturday, September 22.

Buhari described the APC candidate as the best man for the job so that he can continue with the developmental projects of Governor Rauf Aregbesola.

He said: “This is why you must all come out and vote for the APC on the 22 of September, 2018. Osun must remain APC, Osun must continue on the path of progress, Osun must not allow the dark days to return.”

Aregbesola in his appeal to the state said he really worked hard for eight years and expressed optimism in the party’s victory.
