The naira yesterday appreciated to N360.61 per dollar in the Investors and Exporters (I&E) window due to a two percent rise in the volume of dollars traded.
Data from FMDQ showed that the indicative exchange rate for the window dropped to N360.13 per dollar from N360.61 per dollar on Monday, translating to 48 kobo appreciation of the naira.
The volume of dollars traded on the window rose by two percent to $ 277.11 million from $101.25 million traded on Monday.
However, the naira yesterday was stable at N358 per dollar in the parallel market.
