How I got senior lecturing job in big UK university at age 27 - Nigerian genius reveals

- Nemtari Ajienka has been promoted to a senior teaching member staff at Nottingham Trent University, UK

- The new development came after he got an appointment as a junior lecturer in 2017 at Edge Hill University

- The genius who hails from Port Harcourt made distinctions in all his degrees down to his PhD

Many Nigerians are good representatives of the country in the diaspora and have never stopped being so. Out of that pool is Nemitari Ajienka who has laudable achievements in the academic world.

Nemtari Ajienka has got distinctions in his Bsc, Msc, and PhD. All that he achieved before he was 25 years old.

The latest achievement the genius got is his appointment as a senior lecturer in computer science at Nottingham Trent University, UK as he becomes the youngest lecturer with that honour in the school.

Recall Legit.ng earlier reported when the genius became the youngest lecturer at Edge Hill University, United Kingdom (UK).

The young man who came from Port Harcourt made the announcement of his initial appointment at the institution took via his Twitter handle on November 20, 2017.

He did not just stop there but took out time to especially thank his lecturer Dr Andrea Capiluppi for his love and support.

In other news, Anne-Marie Imafidon is also one of the few geniuses Nigeria is blessed with. Born in 1990, she passed her A-level in computing at the age of 11 and became the youngest girl to ever achieve that feat.

At the age of 15, she got in for a degree programme at the University of Oxford. Imafidon currently speaks six languages.

At 20, she obtained her master's degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Oxford. Ann-Marie's father, Chris Imafidon, is from Edo state. He is an ophthalmologist.

Several years after, she worked in popular companies like HP, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, adding more colours to her already-amazing CV.

She had honorary doctorates from institutions like Kent University, Open University, Glasgow Caledonian University, and Bristol University, and a fellowship programme at Keble College, Oxford.

She is currently the co-founder of STEM, a company that has helped more than 40,000 young people across Europe to explore the world of science and the whole tech community.
