Bournemouth goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has expressed shock after being confirmed as carrier of deadly cororavirus as Premier League chiefs prepare to resume the suspended season.
It was on Friday evening, May 25, that the England Under 21 goalkeeper was tested positive for the virus and has been urged to stay on isolation so as people not to contract the virus from him.
According to the report on UK Sun, Aaron Ramsdale saw some symptoms last week in which he was tested and the result came out negative which gave him a rest of mind.
Aaron is reported to have gone to a supermarket recently where he is believed to have contracted the virus which has been killing people everywhere in the world.
While speaking after being confirmed as carrier, Aaron explained that he was so shocked because he never had any contact with outsiders.
He added that he is showing no symptoms of the virus which makes it more difficult for him to believe when the result came out that he is positive.
“It’s obviously not great that I’ve got it but it’s good that I’m showing no symptoms.
“It’s one of those things that has unfortunately happened and happened to me.” the goalkeeper explained to Sun.
Ramsdale will now be on isolation for the next seven days before going for another test in which he will hope it comes out negative for him to return to training with his teammates.

Meanwhile, Premier League chiefs are yet to announce the date the suspended season will resume even though players have been training.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Frank Lampard who is Chelsea's gaffer stated emphatically that the suspended Premier League season should only return when it is safe for players to play football.
League games was suspended in March after Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta and Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi contracted the virus which brought serious panic to England.
And since then, there have been talks on when the Premier League season should return even though many people are of the opinion that the 2019/20 term be cancelled.
Although Premier League clubs have resumed training, but Chelsea manager Frank Lampard appears to be scared of the danger that coronavirus has.
