Nigerian heavyweight boxer Efe Ajagba stretch his winning streak to 14 following his victory over Jonathan Rice in Las Vegas earlier this weekend.

The 26-year-old was declared the winner by a unanimous decision after being scored 99-91, 99-91, and 98-92 by the judges.

Ajagba had won 11 of his previous bouts through knockouts but was unable to replicate the same against the United States pro boxer.

After his triumph, the Nigerian pugilist admitted that he learned some valuable lessons from the fixture, adding that he will be back soon.

This victory takes the boxer's record to 14 straight wins - 11 via knockouts as he looks forward to his next bout.

Sky Sports however believes this might have tainted his chances to face-off with two-time heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua in the nearest future.

"The people would support Joshua because he is the heavyweight champ," Ajagba told Sky Sports.

"Skill would beat Joshua, not power. Me and Joshua both have the power, but skills control the power. "I have more skills."
