EndSARS: Burna Boy apologises over his tweet saying Oyibo, Obigbo in PH were under attack





- Burna Boy has apologised over the tweet he made on Obigbo and Oyibo being under attack

- In his apology, he said that he never meant any harm, saying he made the post out of anger

- Addressing the person who called him out, Burna said that he is already in a dark place

Burna Boy has tendered an apology over his tweet that Obigbo and Oyinbo in Port Harcourt were under attack by herdsmen. The said post (now deleted) was made on Friday, October 23.

In his apology post, the popular Nigerian musician said that he does not have any harmful intention by what he said.

Burna's latest tweet was a quoted response to a Twitter, Abubakar Hadima, who called him out over the insensitivity of his tweet.

The Anybody crooner called Abubakar his brother and that he loves him, pleading with him not to be offended by his post.

He blamed his early tweet on hurt, anger, confusion, and fear that everyone is in as a result of the recent developments in the country.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Burna Boy recorded a new song about the events that happened at the Lekki toll gate on Tuesday, October 20.

The song has been going viral on various social media platforms. In the clip that was spotted online, the singer stated that there is nothing that can justify the killing of peaceful protesters in Lekki.
