
The trio was granted bail on condition that they each ZWL1500 and the case was remanded to the 25th of this month.
Mavhura and Shumba who had already surrendered their traveling documents on their other pending case were ordered to report to their respective police stations each Monday and Friday together with Kundishora.The court heard that in August 2018 Shumba wrote to Mavhura requesting approval to purchase her personal issued Mazda BT50 motor vehicle knowing that a board of survey should have been constituted to achieve a maximum financial return for the disposal of the vehicle. Mavhura then authorised the purchase of the vehicle at a net book value of zero.
Kundishora who was the then manager HR , Admin & Finance then authorised to effect a change of ownership of the vehicle into the name of Shumba. The car was recovered and will be used as an exhibit.
