The Wadyajena-led Committee made GMAZ members swear to speak under oath which means that their statements are legally binding and have legal.
Wadyajena through the Clerk of Parliament had refused to have the Chairperson recuse himself after GMAZ lawyers wrote a letter saying he was an interested part.
During the inquiry, Wadyajena bragged that the Clerk of Parliament was happy with his conduct therefore he refused to recuse himself from the committeeWadyajena further reprimanded GMAZ members from sending correspondence to the clerk of Parliament and the Speaker ordering that all correspondence must be sent directly to him.
Parliamentary rules dictate that all correspondence to Parliament are directed to the Clerk of Parliament who then distributes to various committee clerks and relevant personnel.
Speaking to this reporter, Southern Stars Foundation Director Ndodana Moyo said, "Justice Wadyajena is really turning Parliament into his private property and abusing his personal relationship with the Clerk of Parliament and this Committee is degenerating into a witch hunting platform that now specialises in semantics defining Loan and Advancement and looking for such words in contracts and documents."
