As the Mnangagwa's government suffers from a shock stomach run, we must continue in unison fighting for our rights. They can dismiss it as a non-event to downplay their fears. BUT let's us all stand unshaken by any fear of the unknown. Lets stand with Ngarivhume and all right minded societies and people of our beloved Zimbabwe in delivering the message we all have been keeping inside for a long long time. We deserve to be rewarded accordingly for our sweat, we deserve to be respected as human beings and we have had enough of corruption and corruptors ruling our nation. Mnangagwa has already informed us that Zanu PF will not be intimidated by this 31 July march.
How mistaken and misguided this human being is! One wonders why he is afraid of people peacefully expressing their opinion. Besides, the march is for every right minded Zimbabwean across the board be it Zanu, Zanu PF, MDC, church leaders or whether you are a policeman or soldier, the bottom line is you are a Zimbabwean who deserves the respect that must be accorded to every human being. Come rain come thunder, we all are marching on this day. Our nation is united on a common cause, a cause to appease our stomach, our freedom of mind, our freedom of expression, our health services, our salaries and above all our peace and end of corruption.
Of course, it's not surprising that threats will loom from all corners of the corrupt and inefficient leaders. We hear Charamba joining the crew with a loud and equally ineffective mouth that has not done any good for this nation. Anongowukura achingowukura but come 31st July, I hope he will be in the fore front with all his energy advocating for the rights of all Zimbabweans if he ever has any right conscience. The same can be said about Chinamasa- some people need to grow up and realize that all they are doing has no future for this beautiful nation.
Zanu PF failed from the very first time they unleashed violence during the very first independent election through to gukurahundi, murambatsvina … you name it. So him, Chinamasa daring to intimidate us is a stupid and uneducated move. Rather talk about true change in the pipeline if you have one at all to talk about. Your threats won't work and the whole world will be watching. Equally surprising though not unexpected is the Khupe's party distancing itself from the July 31st anti-corruption protest.
This is clear poor leadership and failure to unite the country on key issues that are failing our economic progression. Instead of giving advice on better ways of protesting if covid 19 continues to be a threat, like stay at home until our voices are heard, one dares to hide behind her finger. It is rather a good thing that we now know who are the real gladiators having our interests at heart and willing to take up that sacrifice; who is worth of our support and ready to deliver and stand firm even when things get hard.
United we stand strong and united we shall conquer. #ourlivesmatter
